At Terrace Garden France, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selections. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the original, unworn items with all tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
